By accessing or utilizing the services of SkyFrame Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These rules apply to all client commissions, aerial operations, and digital assets delivered by our team.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking our studio for your projects.

SkyFrame Studio guarantees that all aerial videography and drone photography are conducted by certified pilots adhering to global safety guidelines. However, all drone operations are strictly subject to weather conditions and airspace permissions.

• We reserve the right to ground flights if environmental factors pose a safety risk to the equipment or public.
• Clients are responsible for securing necessary property permissions prior to the scheduled shoot date.
• Rescheduling due to unsafe weather will be handled without additional penalty fees.

All raw footage and unedited photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property of SkyFrame Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment of the agreed project fee, the client receives a license to use the final delivered media for commercial or personal purposes.

SkyFrame Studio retains the right to use select final footage in our global portfolio, showreels, and marketing materials, unless a strict non-disclosure agreement has been established prior to the start of the project.

A deposit is required to secure your booking on our schedule. Final payment is due upon the delivery of the approved digital assets. Cancellations made within an unreasonable timeframe prior to the shoot may result in a forfeiture of the initial deposit.

In the event that our pilots cannot perform the flight due to restricted airspace changes out of our control, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
